How did you get into the industry?

After Body Meals began in 2015 when owner/operator Kirk Girdley identified a growing demand for healthy home-cooked meals among those with busy schedules. Kirk’s passion for health and cooking converged to create a product and service that met this need, and he has dedicated his efforts to the continuous growth and improvement of such ever since.
Directing his focus on both entrepreneurial and culinary coaching and disciplines over the past four years, Kirk has developed a team of skilled chefs and growth-minded leaders who continue to amplify the company’s brand and mission.
