How did you get into the industry?
It started my sophomore year of high school where I became a medical assistant. From there I began working in nursing homes, hospice, and emergency rooms. While doing this I realized I wanted to be in a more positive environment on making the world a beautiful place and went back to school to become a master esthetician and laser safety officer. Upon realizing this I started my first business in teeth whitening. While running this company I was introduced into aesthetic machines such as CoolSculpting. As I started using this device I began to train and sell machines for multiple well-known manufactures digesting their technology. While training and selling I also ran multiple medspas, that unfortunately were tied to horrible business partners who either did not accept me or were just too greedy. This pushed me to go into business myself and create my own name in this world by going above and beyond other spas and developing my own brand of highly advanced machines for a fraction of the price of other manufactures! My ultimate goal in life is to disrupt and change the aesthetics world by giving it the MyShape FaceLift it needs!
Tell us about your franchise model.
Our franchise model is basically a medspa in a box. We assist in finding the location, negotiating the rent and build out, assisting in the medical director, hiring the staff, performing marketing, using our call center, setting up the software, providing extensive training, and more!
Where do you see opportunities or challenges in the business moving forward?
There are numerous opportunities in this field due to all the advances in technology which we stay on top of and provide. We also stay on top of all the trends that are constantly changing and evolving.

The most difficult moment in our franchise journey was ensuring everything was going perfect to set our franchisees up for success.
Define your Franchise Model:
- Training and Support Model? We provide extensive training on machines, treatments, the software, etc. We bring a highly skilled team with us well versed in the MyShape brand. We also provide unlimited support with our call center and our educators.
- What is the Fee Structure? The fee structure is an initial investment of $35,000 plus the machines that equals to a total of over $500,000 and there is a 8% royalty fee.
- Territory Definition? There is a 10-15 mile exclusivity for each franchisee.
What does your franchisee do in the business every day?
They role would be to oversee their practice to ensure all MyShape standards are in effect, sales are being met, patient satisfaction, and complete safety throughout the office, techs, machines, and patients.

A strong sales oriented entrepreneur who is money driven and a fast learner.
Do you have any success stories you would like to share?
With our extensive marketing we have been able to grow a practice from 35 patients prior to the COVID lockdown to over 2,000 patients within 60 days.
What are your goals for your company in the future?
Our goal is to be 30 out of 50 states within the next 7 years.
