How did you get into the industry?

I’ve never done a lash. I’ve never done a brow. But I knew that the beauty industry was a large industry and I wanted a piece of the pie! I wanted to help women feel beautiful and provide a space for them to relax and recharge!

What’s New in the Business or in the Franchise Model?

I don’t want to be like anyone else. I want to be different. I want to stand-out. Most lash companies mostly do lashes. We do a lot of services… brows, waxing, facials… this differentiation makes us unique. We are probably one of the first that does all of these services.

We want to be a place for women, like a women’s cave, so to speak. We don’t allow children, so this can truly be an escape for self-care and pampering for women. Women need Pink Caviar; they need the full experience we offer to them.

Where do you See Opportunities or Challenges for the Franchise/Business Moving Forward?

I actually see opportunity everywhere. As far as challenges… I am a solution finder. My business model is simple to run and I am confident we will find plenty of opportunities for new partners! There are no challenges. If something arises, I am the kind of person that will find the solution, so it’s just another opportunity for growth!

What is your Goal for the Business Moving Forward?

I want to see Pink Caviar Spa everywhere, all over the world. I want it to be the top beauty brand in all of the industry.

Talk to us About Training and Support, How Do You Deliver?

I am a perfectionist. So everything has to be perfect, which means training will be perfect. If a franchisee needs extra time to train, I will be there for them. I want everyone to win. When they win, I win, the brand wins. Training will be top-notch and done right.

Did you have any difficult moments as you made the decision to franchise?

Just that someone will not represent the brand. If you find a great team, you will be ok. It’s all about the team. Partnering with the right people is crucial. Getting people to surround me that I trust to do it right is the goal.

How is your Franchise Model Structured?

  • Training and Support Model? We offer two weeks of training here at headquarters in Georgia followed by hands-on training at the franchised location. Operational support, marketing guidance, field support will all be available to our franchise partners.

    • Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales
    • Estimated Minimal Initial Investment: $94,200 (includes franchise fee)
  • Territory Definition? Exclusive territory of 50,000 to 100,000 people.

What does Your Franchisee Do in the Business Every Day?

It’s actually a really fun business. You meet different types of women with different stories. Some are getting married. Some have cancer. Some are going through divorce. It is beautiful making other people feel beautiful. It’s all around fun. Everyone is a team and a family.

Who is the Ideal Franchise Candidate?

I just want someone who is hardworking and someone who believes in the brand. If you invest in something, you will work hard for it. I want business owners who are just as obsessed as I am. If they are, I know they are going to win. They need to be a people person and a great communicator. Excellent customer service is a must. Also, they must be business oriented and can manage finances. Fair, social, outgoing people will do great because we are all about making our customers our top priority. The relationships we form with our clients are crucial and the franchisee needs to maintain these relationships.

What Goals Do You Have for the Franchise Model in the Future?

I want to see every franchisee win. When we win as a team, we win together. I want to work extra hard to see them win. Not just in the U.S…. I want to see Pink Caviar Spa everywhere! And that is what is going to happen!
